Truro
Part of our Pivot Doors collection →
An inset panel with horizontal grain and a square bronze pull anchors this mahogany pivot door in a walnut finish. Solid mahogany, built to your opening.
The Truro plays with grain direction. Most of the slab runs vertical, but on the lock side in the lower half a rectangular panel is set in with the grain turned horizontal, outlined by a fine reveal.
A square bronze pull sits at the edge of that panel, right where the hand expects it. Shown in a warm walnut finish between full-height glass sidelites, it can be finished lighter or darker.
Built 3″ thick in solid mahogany and turning on floor and header pivots rather than side hinges, the Truro can be made as a true oversized entrance — up to 81″ wide and 147¾″ tall under Florida Product Approval FL28370 — while still swinging with one hand.
