A chevron pattern cut into a honey-tone slab, with a full-height recessed pull channel set into the lock side — a statement pivot door that reads like fine millwork. Solid mahogany, built to your opening.
The Munun’s face is divided into two fields of diagonal grooves that meet along a center line, forming a large chevron that runs from top to bottom. The pattern continues onto the narrow stile, so the herringbone reads as one continuous surface.
Instead of an applied handle, a tall recessed pull channel in a dark bronze tone is set into the lock side, keeping the face flush. Shown open on its pivot in a marble foyer, it shows how a wide pivot door opens the entry straight onto the view. It can be finished lighter or darker.
Because it pivots on floor and header hardware rather than side hinges, the Munun can be built as a true oversized entrance — up to 144″ tall and 81″ wide under Florida Product Approval FL28370 — while still swinging with one hand. It suits resort-style and contemporary homes where the entry is a showpiece.
