Lutry
Part of our Pivot Doors collection →
Vertical mahogany planks, a chevron-laid lower section and a thin brass seam running the full height, with a square bronze pull. Solid mahogany, built to your opening.
The Lutry is laid in wide vertical planks with a lower section where the planks turn diagonal and meet in a chevron. A thin brass seam runs the full height of the door near the lock side, and a square brushed-bronze pull plate sits at hand height beside it.
Shown in a rich mahogany finish under a lit stucco portal, the alternating grain direction gives the door depth even in flat light. Other finishes are available.
Because it pivots on floor and header hardware rather than side hinges, the Lutry can be built as a true oversized entrance — up to 144″ tall and 81″ wide under Florida Product Approval FL28370 — while still swinging with one hand. It suits modern Mediterranean and contemporary homes with warm stone or stucco entries.
