Kastoria
Part of our Pivot Doors collection →
Angled grooves cut across a natural mahogany slab, with a long slim brass bar pull. Solid mahogany, built to your opening.
The Kastoria’s face is crossed by a few thin grooves: one long diagonal running nearly the full height, and a set of shorter lines intersecting it toward the bottom. A slim brass bar pull runs vertically through the middle of the composition.
Shown in a natural mahogany finish in a dark concrete portal surrounded by tropical planting, the warm wood stands out against the cool stone. It can be finished lighter or darker.
Because it pivots on floor and header hardware rather than side hinges, the Kastoria can be built as a true oversized entrance — up to 144″ tall and 81″ wide under Florida Product Approval FL28370 — while still swinging with one hand. It suits modern tropical homes and lush, landscaped entries.
