Taybooto with custom Pull
The flush Taybooto slab in a light natural finish with a full-height custom pull — a quiet, warm pivot door for a covered garden entry.
This Taybooto is specified in a pale natural mahogany finish that shows the figure of the wood, with a tall custom pull in a matching light tone running almost the full height of the lock stile. The pull is made to the client’s drawing — a long, slender bar that reads as part of the door rather than a fitting on it.
The door is pictured in a covered walkway with a matching wood ceiling and soft afternoon light, which is where a light-finish slab works best: the wood glows rather than darkens the space. It is a good choice for garden-side and courtyard entries, and for facades in white plaster, pale stone or light timber.
Built on pivot hardware, the slab can be made up to 144″ tall and 81″ wide under Florida Product Approval FL28370, hurricane-rated with two 5-point lock sets. Custom pulls can be produced in wood, stainless, black or brass to a supplied design. The slab is built 3″ thick in solid mahogany.
