Valthera

Offset nested rectangles and a walnut-tone finish — the Valthera is a carved pivot door that looks different from every angle, shown open in a glass wall.

The Valthera is cut with a pattern of nested rectangles that are deliberately offset rather than centered, so the frames step toward one side of the door and the composition feels dynamic rather than symmetrical. The grooves are fine and evenly spaced, and a recessed pull sits within them on the lock stile.

Shown open in a warm walnut stain inside a full-height glass wall, over a terrazzo floor with a garden view — the door’s relief is strongest in exactly this kind of side light.

Built on pivot hardware, it can be made up to 144″ tall and 81″ wide under Florida Product Approval FL28370, hurricane-rated for the High Velocity Hurricane Zone with two 5-point lock sets. Pattern offset and groove spacing are set to the final door size. The slab is built 3″ thick in solid mahogany.
