Taybooto 3
Three broad horizontal panels in a rich reddish-brown stain — the Taybooto 3 is the bold, simple pivot door for a glass-fronted modern home.
Taybooto 3 divides the slab into three wide horizontal panels with two crisp grooves. Fewer, larger panels give the door a heavier, more deliberate presence than the four- or five-panel versions — the right choice when the entrance is framed by a lot of glass and needs a strong solid element at its center.
Shown in a deep reddish-brown stain with a slim black bar pull, set in a full-height glass wall with a transom above and clerestory glass reflecting the hills behind. The warm door against black window frames and white stucco is a classic modern combination that photographs as well as it lives.
Built on pivot hardware, the Taybooto 3 can be made up to 144″ tall and 81″ wide under Florida Product Approval FL28370, hurricane-rated for the High Velocity Hurricane Zone with two 5-point lock sets. Groove depth and stain are specified per project. The slab is built 3″ thick in solid mahogany.
