Taybooto 110492 fits the flush Taybooto slab into an arched opening: the door itself is rectangular, and a curved transom above it, together with narrow sidelites, fills the arch. The result keeps the clean modern face of the Taybooto while honoring an arched portal — a common brief on Mediterranean-modern and transitional homes.
Shown in a deep espresso stain with a full-height stainless bar pull, set in a plaster arch beside dark stacked stone, with lit steps and a Japanese maple. The dark door inside the pale arch is what gives this entry its drama.
Built on pivot hardware, the door leaf can be made up to 144″ tall and 81″ wide under Florida Product Approval FL28370, hurricane-rated for the High Velocity Hurricane Zone with two 5-point lock sets; the arched transom and sidelites are built as part of the same assembly with laminated impact glass. The slab is built 3″ thick in solid mahogany.
