The original Taybooto: a flush mahogany pivot slab in a rich espresso stain, set into a wall of matching vertical slats so the door almost disappears until it opens.
Taybooto 105418 is the purest expression of the Taybooto family — a completely flush pivot slab with no grooves, panels or glass, finished in a deep espresso stain. In the project pictured, the door is set into a wall clad in matching vertical mahogany slats, so the entrance reads as one continuous dark surface; only the slim vertical bar pull gives the door away.
That flexibility is the point. The Taybooto slab can be the quiet element in a facade of white stucco and glass, or it can anchor a fully wood-clad entry like this one. The stain can be matched to existing millwork or cladding, and the pull can be specified in black, stainless or brass.
As a pivot door it is engineered for scale: up to 144″ tall and 81″ wide under Florida Product Approval FL28370, hurricane-rated for the High Velocity Hurricane Zone with two 5-point lock sets. Matching slat panels, sidelites and transoms are built in the same shop so the grain and color are consistent across the whole entrance. The slab is built 3″ thick in solid mahogany.
