Sumantri
Part of our Pivot Doors collection →
A flush walnut-tone pivot door with a band of horizontal slats and a sculpted circular pull split into two halves. Solid mahogany, built to your opening.
The Sumantri keeps its upper and lower sections flush and plain, with the grain running vertically. Across the middle runs a band of fine horizontal slats, and on it sits the door’s signature: a large circular pull made of two ribbed half-discs, split down the center.
The round pull gives the entrance a sculptural feel while staying easy to grip. Shown in a warm walnut-tone stain beside a full-height glass sidelite, it can be finished lighter or darker and built in custom sizes.
Because it pivots on floor and header hardware rather than side hinges, the Sumantri can be built as a true oversized entrance — up to 144″ tall and 81″ wide under Florida Product Approval FL28370 — while still swinging with one hand. It suits contemporary and waterfront homes that want a quiet door with one memorable detail.
