Elbrus
Part of our Pivot Doors collection →
A warm, plank-faced pivot door crossed by a single horizontal band that carries a square brushed-brass pull — simple geometry, bold hardware. Solid mahogany, built to your opening.
The Elbrus is built from wide vertical planks in a warm honey tone, interrupted at hand height by one horizontal band. That band is where the door’s character lives: a large square pull plate in brushed brass sits across it, working as both handle and focal point.
Shown here open on its pivot between two full-height glass sidelites in a limestone surround, the door shows how much light and view a pivot entry can frame. The brass plate can be changed to bronze, black or stainless, and the wood finished lighter or darker.
Because it pivots on floor and header hardware rather than side hinges, the Elbrus can be built as a true oversized entrance — up to 144″ tall and 81″ wide under Florida Product Approval FL28370 — while still swinging with one hand. It suits coastal-modern and resort-style homes where the entry is meant to feel open and generous.
