Paju
Concentric rectangles carved into a warm mahogany slab, with a slim inset pull — the Paju turns a pivot door into a piece of relief sculpture.
The Paju’s face is cut with a series of nested rectangular grooves that step inward toward the center, so the door reads as a set of frames within frames. The lines are shallow and precise; in raking light they throw fine shadows that give the flat slab real depth. A slender inset pull runs along the lock stile without interrupting the pattern.
Shown open in a warm honey stain inside a floor-to-ceiling glass wall, with narrow sidelites, palms and a travertine floor. It is a good fit for tropical-modern and transitional houses that want detail without ornament.
Built on pivot hardware, it can be made up to 144″ tall and 81″ wide under Florida Product Approval FL28370, hurricane-rated for the High Velocity Hurricane Zone with two 5-point lock sets. The groove pattern is drawn to the final door size so it stays centered. The slab is built 3″ thick in solid mahogany.
