Pivot Hialeah

The Pivot Hialeah is a flush mahogany slab in a matte black finish with a single rectangular groove traced inside the face, so the door reads as a panel within a panel. A full-height stainless bar pull sits on the lock stile. Photographed open on a finished house, it shows the pivot geometry clearly: the leaf turns on floor and header hardware set in from the edge.
Built on pivot hardware, it can be made up to 144″ tall and 81″ wide under Florida Product Approval FL28370, hurricane-rated for the High Velocity Hurricane Zone with two 5-point lock sets. The black finish is applied over solid mahogany. The slab is built 3″ thick in solid mahogany.
