Custom arched doors: radius-top mahogany entries, hurricane-rated.
True arched construction in solid mahogany — radius-top, elliptical or Gothic, modern or classical. Single or pair, with arched sidelites and transoms. Arched configurations are held in Florida Product Approval FL16326 at +65/−65 PSF. Built in our own factory.

A true arch, not a rectangle with a trim piece.
Most “arched” doors are a square slab behind a curved casing. Ours are built with a segmented, laminated mahogany head that follows the radius — leaf, jamb and glass all curved together — so the door fits the masonry opening it was drawn for and carries its rating through the arch.
Radius-top, elliptical and Gothic
Full radius, segmental, elliptical and pointed profiles — all built as true arches. Rectangular, arched and elliptical tops are qualified configurations in our approval.
Arched glass, laminated impact
Curved divided lites and full-lite arched pairs glazed with laminated impact glass — the Francesca and Modena families.
Modern arched
A flush mahogany face under a clean radius — the Stockholm Arched — for contemporary facades that want one soft line.
Arched sidelites and transoms
Fixed arched sidelites (O-XX-O), arched transoms over rectangular pairs, and matching arched windows to complete the elevation.
Built for the opening. Rated for the storm.
Six things we build into every arched door that most manufacturers can’t.
Florida Product Approved
Arched-type pairs and singles are Model 2 of our FL16326 approval — tested to TAS 201, 202 and 203 for High Velocity Hurricane Zones, +65 / −65 PSF, large-missile impact.
Certified arched sizes
Arched pairs to 74½″ × 122¾″ and arched singles to 38⅜″ × 122¾″. Larger arched openings are handled with arched sidelites and transoms in the same frame.
Solid mahogany, laminated arch
Dense, rot-resistant mahogany with a laminated radius head that stays true in Florida humidity.
Multipoint lock, brass hinges
Five solid-brass 4½″ hinges per leaf, multipoint locking on the active leaf and concealed flush bolts on the inactive leaf — engineered as part of the tested assembly.
Templated to existing masonry
On renovations we template the actual opening so the arch matches the stone or stucco radius exactly. No shims, no filler.
Permit-ready documentation
Florida Product Approval, installation instructions, CAD drawings and certificates — everything your contractor and building department ask for.
Five standards. Or any color you can name.
Every door is hand-finished in our own shop. Pick from our standards or send us a paint chip — we’ll match it.
Need something else? We can match any custom color. Send a sample, a paint code, or even a photo of an existing door.

Common questions.
Are arched doors hurricane rated?
Yes. Arched-type pairs and singles are a tested configuration (Model 2) of our Florida Product Approval FL16326 — TAS 201, 202 and 203 for High Velocity Hurricane Zones, +65 / −65 PSF, large-missile impact. Elliptical tops are also a qualified configuration.
How large can an arched door be?
Certified arched pairs run to 74½″ × 122¾″ and arched singles to 38⅜″ × 122¾″. Larger arched openings are typically handled with fixed arched sidelites or an arched transom engineered into the same frame.
Can you match the radius of my existing opening?
Yes. On renovations we template the actual masonry opening and build the arch to it — full radius, segmental, elliptical or Gothic.
Can I have a modern arched door?
Yes. The Stockholm Arched puts a flush mahogany face under a clean radius top — a single soft line for contemporary facades.
Do you only manufacture wood doors?
Yes — we exclusively manufacture solid wood doors. We do not produce metal, aluminum, fiberglass, or fire-rated doors. Mahogany is the species we work with because it has decades of proven performance in Florida’s climate.
What is the lead time?
After production starts, expect approximately 9 to 12 weeks for fabrication and delivery. Production doesn’t start until CAD drawings are approved, all paperwork is signed, and the 65% deposit has cleared.
Can I get any color finish?
Yes. We offer 5 standard finishes — Clear, Butternut, Dark Oak, Mahogany, and Espresso — and we can match any custom color a client specifies. Send us a sample, paint code, or even a photo of an existing door.
Do you ship outside Florida?
Yes. Every door is crated and shipped nationally, and we have delivered to the Caribbean. Installation service is available in South Florida; elsewhere we support your contractor with drawings and installation instructions.
