Custom church doors, handcrafted in solid wood.
A church door does work no other door is asked to do. We build them to order, one commission at a time, in solid mahogany — Gothic, arched, carved or paneled, at the scale of a sanctuary. Shipped nationwide from our own factory.

Built for the scale of a sanctuary.
Church entrances are architectural: taller and wider than any residential opening, often paired, often arched. Scale is our specialty — every door is built to the dimensions of your building, not adapted from a stock size. If your opening is unusual, that is normal for us.
Gothic and arched
Pointed and radius-top doors with true arched construction, built to fit existing masonry openings.
Carved and paneled
Raised panels, custom carving and iconographic detail — crosses, medallions, tracery — executed in solid wood.
Planked and rustic
Heavy timber character for mission, chapel and historic vernacular buildings.
Modern and oversized
Clean-lined oversized doors for contemporary worship architecture, including certified pivot configurations to 81″ × 147¾″.
Craft that belongs to the building.
Six things we bring to every church commission.
Solid mahogany, built to last
Dense, rot-resistant mahogany that stands up to weather, use and time — the most touched, most photographed element of the building’s face.
Historic replacement done right
We match existing proportions, profiles and finishes so new doors belong from day one — while quietly upgrading structure, hardware and weather performance.
Hardware for heavy use
Multipoint locking, heavy-duty hinges and panic exit hardware options for assembly occupancies. We coordinate with your architect on code requirements.
Hurricane-rated options
For Florida congregations, entrance doors backed by Florida Product Approvals FL16326 and FL28370 at +65 / −65 PSF — certified impact protection without compromising traditional design.
Drawings and documentation
CAD drawings for your architect, and — where impact rating applies — Florida Product Approval and installation instructions for the building department.
Shipped nationwide
Crated and delivered anywhere in the United States and the Caribbean. Installation available in South Florida; installation support everywhere else.
Five standards. Or any color you can name.
Every door is hand-finished in our own shop. Pick from our standards or send us a paint chip — we’ll match it.
Need something else? We can match any custom color. Send a sample, a paint code, or even a photo of an existing door.

For churches in Miami-Dade, Broward and coastal Florida we build entrance doors backed by Florida Product Approval — FL16326 for hinged outswing doors and FL28370 for oversized pivot doors. Custom carved and Gothic work outside these configurations is built as craft, not as a certified size; we’ll tell you which applies to your opening.

Common questions.
Can you replace the historic doors on our church?
Yes — replacement work is where craft matters most. Send photographs of the entrance and rough dimensions. We match existing proportions, profiles and finishes so the new doors belong to the building from day one, while upgrading structure, hardware and weather performance.
How large can church doors be?
Church openings are architectural, and we build to the opening. Certified impact configurations run to 74½″ × 122¾″ for arched pairs and 81″ × 147¾″ for pivot leaves; custom carved and Gothic work is built as craft to your dimensions.
Do you build Gothic and arched doors?
Yes. Pointed-arch, radius-top and elliptical doors with true arched construction, built to fit existing masonry openings.
Can church doors have panic exit hardware?
Yes. We build for panic exit devices and coordinate with your architect on the egress and code requirements for assembly occupancies.
Do you ship to churches outside Florida?
Yes. Congregations across the country have trusted us; every door is crated and shipped nationwide, and we support your local installer with drawings and installation instructions.
Do you only manufacture wood doors?
Yes — we exclusively manufacture solid wood doors. We do not produce metal, aluminum, fiberglass, or fire-rated doors. Mahogany is the species we work with because it has decades of proven performance in Florida’s climate.
What is the lead time?
After production starts, expect approximately 9 to 12 weeks for fabrication and delivery. Production doesn’t start until CAD drawings are approved, all paperwork is signed, and the 65% deposit has cleared.
Can I get any color finish?
Yes. We offer 5 standard finishes — Clear, Butternut, Dark Oak, Mahogany, and Espresso — and we can match any custom color a client specifies. Send us a sample, paint code, or even a photo of an existing door.
