Orvieto
Double doors with tall clear lites over arched-top lower lites and a dentil rail between — the Orvieto is the classical glass door with a carved detail at hand height.
The Orvieto is a mahogany double door with a tall clear glass lite in the upper half of each leaf, a smaller lite below, and a carved dentil rail with arched moldings between them, in a honey stain with lever handles. Photographed installed with palms reflected in the glass.
Handcrafted in solid mahogany as a hinged outswing door, it can be specified with Florida Product Approval FL16326 for the High Velocity Hurricane Zone (±65 PSF) — up to 50½″ × 122½″ as a single door or 74½″ × 122¾″ as a pair, rectangular or arched — with sidelites and transoms built as part of the same tested assembly. Glass is laminated impact glass; grills are hand-forged wrought iron.
