Berlin 105716 is the vertical-plank Berlin built as a hinged outswing door: narrow mahogany boards with fine grooves between them, finished in a walnut stain, with a full-height black bar pull. Clear sidelites on both sides sit inside a travertine portal with a lit soffit; the water and palms show through the glass wall beside it.
Built as a hinged outswing entry door in solid mahogany, it can be specified with Florida Product Approval FL16326 for the High Velocity Hurricane Zone — up to 50½″ × 122½″ as a single door or 74½″ × 122¾″ as a pair — or on pivot hardware under FL28370 up to 144″ × 81″. Sidelites and transoms are built as part of the same tested assembly with laminated impact glass.
