The Hughes is a rectangular mahogany double door with a tall glass lite in each leaf behind a wrought-iron grill of balusters, scrolls and a diamond motif, a raised panel below and an iron lever, in a rustic natural stain. Photographed installed.
Handcrafted in solid mahogany as a hinged outswing door, it can be specified with Florida Product Approval FL16326 for the High Velocity Hurricane Zone (±65 PSF) — up to 50½″ × 122½″ as a single door or 74½″ × 122¾″ as a pair, rectangular or arched — with sidelites and transoms built as part of the same tested assembly. Glass is laminated impact glass; grills are hand-forged wrought iron.
