San Bartolomeo

Part of our Church Doors collection →

Gothic tracery, a radiant cross and carved grapevines and wheat — the most richly carved door in the collection.

The San Bartolomeo follows a pointed Gothic arch, with openwork tracery in the head around a large cross over radiating carving. Grapevine and wheat carving runs down both edges and the meeting stiles, framing three raised panels on each leaf, each carved with a quatrefoil, and a pair of tall turned pulls. Shown in a walnut finish on solid mahogany.

Handcrafted in solid mahogany as a hinged outswing door, it can be specified with Florida Product Approval FL16326 for the High Velocity Hurricane Zone (±65 PSF) — up to 50½″ × 122½″ as a single door or 74½″ × 122¾″ as a pair, rectangular or arched — with sidelites and transoms built as part of the same tested assembly.
