Custom doors, built from your idea.
Not one of our designs — yours. Send a sketch, a photo of a door you love, or a photo of your house, and we’ll draw it, engineer it and build it in solid mahogany. Any style, any size, hurricane-rated where you need it. Built in our own factory.

Start with a photo. End with a door nobody else has.
Most of our clients arrive with a picture: a door they saw in Italy, a page from a magazine, a Pinterest board, or just a photo of their own front elevation and the words “something like this, but better”. That is enough. Our designers turn it into a scaled drawing, our engineer checks it against the Florida approvals, and the shop builds it in solid mahogany.
Send what you have
A photo of a door you like, a sketch on paper, an architect’s elevation, or a photo of your house. Upload it below — no measurements needed to start.
We draw it
You get a scaled CAD drawing of your door in your opening, with glass, panels, hardware and finish called out. Revise it as many times as you need.
We engineer it
If you’re in Florida, we tell you which approval covers it — FL16326 hinged or FL28370 pivot — or what changes would bring it inside one.
We build it
Solid mahogany, mortise-and-tenon joinery, hand-carved details where the drawing calls for them, hand-finished to your color.
A factory that says yes.
Six reasons architects, builders and homeowners bring their own designs to us.
Any style
Carved Renaissance panels, Gothic arches, Moorish tracery, flush modern faces, French lites, iron grills — if it can be made in wood, we’ve probably made it.
Any size
Singles to 50½″ × 122½″ and pairs to 74½″ under the hinged approval, pivots to 81″ × 144″, and monumental church doors built to the opening.
Hurricane rating on request
Your design can usually be built inside Florida Product Approval FL16326 or FL28370. We tell you up front if it can’t, and what would change.
Solid mahogany only
We work in one material and work it well: naturally rot-resistant, stable in coastal humidity, and carvable. No veneers, no fiberglass.
Hand-carving in house
Medallions, crests, rosettes, foliage, lettering — carved by hand in our own shop from your reference.
Hardware to match
Multipoint locks, hand-forged iron grills, custom pulls up to 72″, smart locks with fingerprint keypad — specified with the drawing, not after.
Five standards. Or any color you can name.
Every custom door is hand-finished in our own shop. Pick from our standards, or send us the color you have in mind — a paint code, a sample, or a photo.
Need something else? We can match any custom color. Send a sample, a paint code, or even a photo of an existing door.

Common questions.
I don’t have measurements. Can I still start?
Yes. Start with the photo. Once we’ve drawn the door we’ll tell you exactly what to measure — or, in South Florida, we measure the opening ourselves before production.
Can you copy a door from a photo?
We can build a door in the spirit of any reference — proportions, panel layout, carving style, glass pattern. Where a design is someone else’s protected work we’ll interpret rather than copy, and the result is usually better suited to your opening anyway.
Will my custom design be hurricane rated?
Usually. Florida Product Approvals FL16326 (hinged outswing) and FL28370 (pivot) cover a wide range of panel, glass and size configurations. We check your drawing against them before quoting; if something falls outside, we’ll show you the change that brings it inside.
What does a custom door cost?
It depends on size, carving, glass and hardware, so we don’t publish prices. Send your idea and you’ll have a quote with a drawing — no obligation.
Do you only manufacture wood doors?
Yes — we exclusively manufacture solid wood doors. We do not produce metal, aluminum, fiberglass or fire-rated doors. Mahogany is the species we work with because it has decades of proven performance in Florida’s climate.
Do you work with architects and builders?
Every week. Send the elevation and spec; we return shop drawings, the approval documents and a quote. Dealer and partner programs are available.
